What to expect
Small jars, big stories. We plate samples with tasting cards, talk you through the Texture Ribbon, and let you build your own paper-box set. No online cart — each box is mixed in person, so you taste before you take home.
Workshops: first Saturday each month — compass tasting & lollipop pull demo. Email to reserve a bench spot.
Who we are
Born in 2016 when pastry cook Mara Ellis and produce buyer Jun Park traded a restaurant kitchen for copper pots. Mara learned glass candy in Lyon; Jun chased flavor through Willamette farms. Together they treat candy like perfume — top note, heart, dry-down. The site is their shared notebook, designed and written in-house.
